We want everyone to join us on the trip, but we also want to make sure you are aware that the trip requires a lot of walking.  Please ensure you are physically able to participate in all activities.  

PASSPORT VALIDITY: A passport must be valid for at least three months beyond planned date of departure from the Schengen area. The 12-page U.S. emergency passport is not accepted by Dutch authorities for visa-free entry into the Netherlands.

BLANK PASSPORT PAGES: Two pages required for entry stamp

TOURIST VISA REQUIRED: Not required for stays under 90 days

Deposit and All Payments are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable. 

This is necessary as we have non-refundable contracts with our suppliers and vendors to ensure you have an awesome trip! 

Initial deposits are refundable up to 24 hours after time/date of registration, after the 24-hour timeframe your deposit will be NON-REFUNDABLE. Monthly Payments Are Required.  Full payment or Final Payment for this trip will need to be completed on or before May 23, 2027.

THERE IS A STANDARD TWINKONNECTIONS ADMINISTRATIVE FEE OF $100 PER PERSON ADDED ONTO ALL HOTEL FEES AND CANCELLATIONS

Because “Tour Operator” does not maintain any control over the personnel, equipment, or operations of these suppliers, “Tour Operator” assumes no responsibility for, and cannot be held liable for any personal injury, death, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of (1) any wrongful, negligent, willful, or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any of the tour suppliers, or other employees or agents, (2) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, instrument owned, operated or otherwise by any of these suppliers, or (3) any wrongful, willful, or negligent act or omissions on any part of any other party not under the supervision or control of the Operator.

TWINKONNECTIONS will not be responsible for any accidents involving bodily injury or death, property damage, charges of libel, slander, arrest, detention or imprisonment incurred while traveling during an event sponsored and/or booked by TWINKONNECTIONS TRAVEL. By sending this form in, you agree to not hold TWINKONNECTIONS (or any other TWINKONNECTIONS entity), responsible for any errors or omissions relating to this event. We strongly recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance during your travels.
