All visitors MUST complete an Electronic Form for entry and exit to the Dominican Republic. This form must be completed prior to your airport arrival at: https://eticket.migracion.gob.do/

Note: Be sure to select English at the top right of the page for the form. 

You can complete this form as soon as you have booked your flight. It must be completed before you depart for the Dominican Republic. 

The embarkation port for your Dominican Republic entry form is your departing airport (for example in the United States).  Note: If you have a connecting flight on the arrival, you will need to add the connecting flight number. Your disembarkation port is Punta Cana, Santo Domingo or any other airport in the Dominican Republic.

When booking your flight, you will fly into Punta Cana to the Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) airport.  

The resort is 21 minutes away from the airport. 

When booking the trip, if two people are sharing a room, please select the double occupancy and add 2 in the selection option. You will then be able to book for each person. If each person makes their own booking, be sure to select 1 add your roommates name in the registration form.

Deposit is Non-Refundable Plus Any Applicable Penalties (If cancelled before the 48 hours or less from the departure date there is a 2-night penalty).

Do I need a passport? – Yes, Passports must be valid for the period of stay in the Dominican Republic. Recommended to have a valid passport with at least one blank page and at least six months of validity. 

What if I want to stay longer? Can I book extra days? Yes, we can provide pricing for longer days. 

Are the room options one or two beds?  The resort only offers rooms with 1) One King bed with a double sofa bed or 2) One King bed only and 3) Junior Suite Poolside that includes King Bed Only or 2 Double Beds (can be requested but not guaranteed).  Note: A resort only guarantees a bedding type if they specifically note it in the room title.  In this case, TRS Turquesa does not identify the bedding type in the title of the rooms.  Because of this, The Junior Suite Poolside, can only be requested for two beds but unfortunately, it isn't guaranteed.  

What age is considered 'adults only' at this particular resort? 18 and over.

Is room service or butler service available? In all rooms or just some of them? Yes, Butler Service for all Rooms and room service is available offering a set menu 24/7. 

Do I need to make reservations for the restaurants, and if so, how soon can I make them prior to my arrival? Yes, Restaurant reservation is only possible at the guest service desk or by directly contacting the guest service. Leading up to your visit, you can get in touch with an eButler who will help customize your experience: they’ll arrange dinner reservations  a week in advance of your stay, leave a complimentary bottle of liquor of your choice in your room, etc.

Are there restaurants with "upscale" selections with menu prices or are all the restaurants included? Most are included but there are some that require a fee. 

If I'm not ready to purchase traveler's insurance at time of booking, do I have time to add it on and if so, how much time do I have to add it? The Cancel for any reason insurance for a refund minus fees can be added up to 7 days after the deposit. The Travel Credit insurance can be added any time before the final payment is made.

Am I able to earn rewards with the Wyndham Hotels program when booking through the travel company? When you are booking with a third party you can't get the rewards. You can only get the rewards when you book directly with the resort.  

What happens if my roommate cancels?  The room would be repriced as a single occupancy based on the current rate.
