Overall the service was great. There were a couple of hiccups, like issues with adding items to itinerary (hotel, shuttle, etc.) and a couple typo errors that caused undue inconvenience. Also there was no way to know where to meet during the bold & beautiful swimwear event. We did have a great time on the cruise. Thanks for your services.
