When booking the trip, you will register and pay your deposit and all payments on the site.  Note: The payment description on your credit card statement will include: twinKonnections Presents Cartagena

Note: Your account is set up based on your email address. Each person should register separately if you want access to the financial information on the booking.

When booking the trip, if two people are sharing a room, please select the double occupancy and add 2 in the selection option. You will then be able to book for each person. If each person makes their own booking, select the double occupancy and add 1, and indicate your roommates name in the registration form.

Valid passport requirements

• Must be valid at the time of entry and for the duration of your stay. 

• Must have 1 blank passport page for entry stamp unless enrolled in Migración Automática (opens in a new tab), Colombia’s program for frequent travelers. 

• Recommend 6 months validity. 

Tourist visa requirements

• No visa required for 90 days or less.

*Travelers must complete Migración Colombia’s Online Check-Mig Form within 72 hours of boarding an inbound or outbound flight from Colombia. There is no fee to complete the form.

Round-Trip Airfare (International Airfare is not included)

Each person will be responsible for booking your own round-trip flight from your departing city to Cartegena, Colombia.

When booking your flight, for August 27, 2026, you will fly into Cartegena (CTG) Airport and your return flight from Cartegena (CTG) on August 31, 2026.
